The conference will be held in the resort town of Ustroń. The city of Ustroń is about 80 kilometres from Katowice.
How to get to Katowice:
You can fly to Katowice Pyrzowice International Airport. The city is also connected to international airports in Warsaw, Krakow and Wroclaw.
- from Katowice/Pyrzowice International Airport to Katowice:
One can use public transport or private bus companies.
- from Cracow International Airport to Katowice:
One can use public buses, private transport or train connections.
- from Warsaw Chopin Airport to Katowice:
We recommend train connections.
- from Wrocław Internationa Airport to Katowice:
We recommend train connections.
How to get to Ustroń:
A shuttle bus will take the participants from Katowice to Ustroń on 17th September 2023, 4.30 pm, room number 1.20, Bankowa 12, Rectorate of the University of Silesia (~10 min walk from Katowice railway station) and back on 22nd September 2023the after last conference lunch (to Katowice/Pyrzowice airport).
Additionally, there is a train connection from Katowice to Ustroń (it takes about 1h 20 min). There are also bus connections to Ustroń
