Conference Fee
The conference fee is 980 PLN (220 Eu) until 15th July and 1100 PLN (250 Eu) after 15th July. The fee covers proceedings costs, coffee breaks, excursion/cultural event with a dinner, bus Katowice-Ustroń on Sunday and Friday (hotel-SPA in Ustroń), and organizational expenses.
The conference fee should be paid via bank transfer.

Information from the financial department of the University of Silesia:
1. We issue invoices for fees made by universities and institutions after the payment is recorded in the system, and the originals are sent by registered mail to the given address.
2. If a participant makes the payment privately, the invoice is issued in the university's financial SAP system, and we print it on a personal request.
Conference Hotel
The conference will take place in Ustroń https://www.staypoland.com/about_ustron.htm/ , a town in the Beskidy mountains, 70 km south of Katowice, close to the border with the Czech Republic. The conference hotel is Hotel Diament https://www.diamentustron.pl/en/hotel/hotel-ustron (Street: Zdrojowa 3, 43-450 Ustroń, Poland. GPS: N 49°43'06'' E 18°49'35'').
The full board accommodation rate for the whole stay is: 2190 PLN in a single room (overnight stay with breakfast - 280 PLN, lunch+dinner per day - 170 PLN, resort tax 5 PLN/day) and 1700 PLN in a double room (overnight stay with breakfast - 185 PLN/person, lunch+dinner per day - 170 PLN, resort tax 5 PLN/day).
