1. We issue invoices for fees made by universities and institutions after the payment is recorded in the system, and the originals are sent by registered mail to the given address.
2. If the payment was made privately by a participant, then the invoice is issued in the university's financial SAP system, and we print it on a personal request.

1. Faktury do opłat za udział w konferencji dokonane przez uczelnie i instytucje wystawiamy po dokonaniu wpłaty a oryginały wysyłamy listem poleconym na adres.
2. Jeżeli zaś wpłata została dokonana przez osobę fizyczną z osobistego rachunku bankowego to wtedy taka faktura jest wystawiona w systemie SAP ale drukujemy na wyraźne żądanie uczestnika konferencji.
